You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. No lengthy forms, no runaround โ just email us and we handle the rest.
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number) required
Returns must be approved before shipping back
How to Start a Return

Email Us
Send an email to gripandrip.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 24 hours.

Get Approval
We'll review your request and send you return instructions and a return address. Do not ship anything before getting approval.

Ship It Back
Pack your item securely and ship to the address we provide. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund or exchange within 2โ3 business days.

Get Your Refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 5โ10 business days for your bank to process the refund after we issue it.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product โ email us immediately at gripandrip.shop@gmail.com with a photo and your order number.
We'll replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you
You won't need to return damaged items in most cases

1-Year Warranty
Every GripAndRip is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects โ including the bottle, the magnetic cap, and the ring mount.
Covers: manufacturing defects, magnetic ring failure, insulation failure
Does not cover: normal wear, accidental damage, misuse
Warranty claims: email us with a photo and order number
